Basic care for your nails
Like the skin on our face, hand skin sometimes needs a little extra help.
Spend 2 or 3 minutes whisking over your feet with a foot file or pumice before every bath of yours to remove dead skin.
Soften cuticles, with a cuticle cream and with the help of a cuticle remover gently whittle away the excess cuticle skin.
For drier skin use a slightly harsher scrubbing action with a foot file which is similar to pumice .
Cut the nails off before they tend to break.
When ever you feel like you got corns, verrucas or fungal infections, sort them out as soon as you notice them.
Remove old polish with a non-acetone polish remover.
Shape nails with a nail clipper. Cut straight across.
Use toe separators to prevent nail polish smudging from nail to nail.
Try to keep your nails moisturize all the time.
