Nausea - A Sickness
Nausea is a feeling of sickness without vomiting. Various causes can precipitate an attack of nausea. Many people experience nausea while travelling by road, sea or air. This is know as motion sickness, where the movement of the vehicle prevents the signals from the eye and ear from tallying.
Other common causes of nausea include eating or drinking too much, sudden changes of posture, mots fevers, gastritis etc. Headaches, including cluster headaches and migraines, may produce nausea and vomiting.
Several herbal teas are useful in offsetting an attack of nausea.

Kali mirch
Ingredients
Seeds, crushed 1/2 tsp
Water 3/2 cups
Method
Mix the crushed seeds in the water and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes before straining the decoction.
Preparation time: !0 minutes
Dosage: 10- 30 drops a day.
